Cutz provides a bio link platform that allows users to create personalized landing pages with:

• Customizable bio pages with social media links
• Template-based designs and custom themes
• Analytics and visitor tracking
• Premium features and customization options
• File upload and media management

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Security:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

You agree not to use Cutz services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

Prohibited Content:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Violence or graphic content
• Spam or misleading information
• Copyright infringement
• Adult or inappropriate content

Prohibited Activities:

• Attempting to hack or compromise security
• Creating fake or impersonating accounts
• Automated scraping or data collection
• Interfering with service operations
• Reverse engineering our platform
• Commercial use without permission

Premium Subscriptions:

• Premium features are available through paid subscriptions
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refunds and Cancellations:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided within 7 days of initial purchase
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to Cutz. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Platform: Cutz and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by us. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

Copyright Policy: We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid copyright infringement claims. If you believe your copyright has been violated, please contact us with the required information.

We strive to provide reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with notice
• Data backup is your responsibility for critical content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cutz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Termination:

• You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
